From the subcommand menu, select Equip to put on the gear. This will open the Armoury Chest, from which the desired item can be selected. To equip a piece of gear, select the desired slot. Players can view, equip, and remove gear by either selecting "Character" from the main menu, or by pressing "C" on the keyboard.
Gear is an item that can be equipped on a character.
